Staff are very professional, promptly reporting any incidents, behaviours, or relevant information to other professionals. The service user seems to be very happy and settled. It is always easy to get hold of staff at the placement, and there is good communication with other professionals as well. Care and accommodation are of very good standards.

It's very personal in the sense that the staff live in with you, so you really get to know/trust them. I find this comforting. Sincere, genuine, helpful without making you feel like a burden. Good listeners, patient and non-judgemental. Friendly and willing to learn/adapt. They are all really nice and considerate and they seem to care a lot about the clients. Staff go the extra mile even when it isn't required.
